an established company, specialising in the
supply and erection of timber framed structures,
tailored to clients' individual
requirements.
The
company is family-based and draws upon its
members' experience of construction techniques
and quantity surveying / estimating knowledge
within the timber frame and construction
industry.
At Lindisfarne Timber Frame Ltd the
craftsmen who skilfully manufacture your kit, also erect the
structure on site. This gives complete continuity of the
whole project from conception to
realisation.
The photograph shows Geoff Singer
manufacturing an external wall panel for our next
project. Mr Singer has over 40 years' experience as a
joiner, 25 of which were within the timber frame industry. He
is our senior craftsman within the company.
Lindisfarne Timber Frame Ltd has
undertaken projects for architects, main contractors and
private individuals all over the UK. Recent projects
have taken us to the Scottish Highlands, Derbyshire and
Durham.

Our managing director, Iain Singer is
a member of the CIOB (Chartered Institute of
Building) and is also a lecturer at
Northumberland College on the Foundation Degree
Course in Construction Inspection and
Control. He has over 15 years experience
as a Quantity Surveyor/ Estimator working for
Main Contractors, Sub Contract Trades and QS
Practices.
